At Orqovent Capital S.A.S. ("Orqovent", "we") we are committed to protecting the personal information of people who visit orqovent.com and use our real estate crowdlending services. This policy describes what data we collect, the purposes of the processing and your rights under Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.

2. Data we process
We collect identification data (name, surname, email, phone), site usage data (pages visited, device, approximate location) and, where applicable, financial and identity data required by applicable KYC/AML regulations.
3. Purposes
We process your data to: (i) manage your newsletter subscription and send opportunities; (ii) give you access to the platform and project information; (iii) comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations; (iv) prevent fraud and protect platform security; (v) carry out aggregated statistical analysis.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, contract performance, compliance with legal obligations applicable to crowdfunding platforms and Orqovent's legitimate interest in improving its services.
5. Retention
We keep your data for the time needed to meet the purposes described and, subsequently, for the periods required by Argentine regulations (including accounting, tax and anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements).
6. Recipients
We may share data with technology providers (hosting, analytics, transactional email), participating financial entities, legal and accounting advisors, and regulators when required by law.
7. International transfers
Some providers are located outside Argentina. In such cases we require appropriate safeguards to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that of Law 25,326.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, and to object to processing. The Argentine Public Information Access Agency is the local supervisory authority. You can exercise your rights by writing to hola@orqovent.com.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring of suspicious activity.
