Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions regulate access to and use of orqovent.com and the services provided by Orqovent Capital S.A.S. in the Republic of Argentina. Using the site implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Nature of the service
Orqovent is a real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates connections between developers and investors interested in participating in construction and urban development projects. Orqovent is not a financial institution under Argentine Law 21,526 and does not provide individual investment advice.
2. Users
Only individuals or legal entities with legal capacity to contract in Argentina who comply with applicable identification, verification and anti-money laundering processes may use the platform.
3. Risks
Real estate investments involve risks, including delays, cost overruns, adverse macroeconomic conditions and, eventually, partial or total loss of the capital invested. Expected returns are not guaranteed.
4. Published information
Project information is prepared with due diligence, based on documentation provided by developers and independent verifications. It does not, however, constitute investment advice.
5. Fees
Orqovent earns fees for structuring, administration and success of each project. Details are disclosed in each opportunity sheet and in the relevant contract.
6. Intellectual property
Site contents, including trademarks, logos, texts, graphics and images, are owned by Orqovent Capital S.A.S. or its licensors. Reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Orqovent shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunities arising from the use of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable Argentine law.
8. Modifications
Orqovent may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the site with their corresponding effective date.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. The parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
